A commercial mortgage broker brought us a deal with a borrower who owned a commercial property in Anaheim as well as an investment property in Irvine. There was sufficient equity in both properties to provide the borrower with a 2nd TD crossed with both properties for the client to close escrow of another commercial property she was looking to purchase. We were able to arrange financing on this deal in just under 12 days.
