A borrower came to us directly looking for a loan to pay off a maturing 2nd TD on an investment property she owned in Westlake Village. We were able to pay off the maturing loan and provide the borrower with additional cash out for minor improvements on one of her investment properties in Utah. This loan was closed very quickly with no appraisal or disturbance of the tenants.
