A client came to us directly to refinance their maturing hard money loan on an investment property in Los Angeles. The property was listed for sale, the borrower wanted to improve their existing rate and extend the term for an additional 12 months. This loan was able to pay off the previous maturing loan and allow the client to more time to sell the property. This deal was closed in just under 10 days with no appraisal.
