A mortgage broker came to us with an experienced real estate investor who was looking to refinance one of their investment properties, after their Non-QM Lender backed out of the transaction. We were able to use the existing appraisal on file which saved the borrower time and money during this transaction. We were able to arranged financing within 10 days in order to help the borrower buy time until they could find a tenant and secure a long-term loan.
