A borrower came to us directly with an existing 2nd TD that was maturing on an office property they own in Costa Mesa. The existing lender was not looking to extend so we were able to refinance their existing debt while the property was on the market to sell. We provided the borrowers with an additional 18 months to allow the property to sell to the right buyer. This loan was funded in 12 days with no appraisal.
