Having been involved in the structuring of more than $100 million of private debt transactions, with a strong emphasis on residential and commercial bridge loans, Zach is well versed in unconventional financing needs for his clients. He is responsible for day-to-day operations as well as underwriting, origination, and investor relations. Zach has a passion for helping real estate investors grow their dreams and continues to build long lasting relationships with brokers and lenders.
Zach earned his BS in Real Estate and Development from the University of California, San Diego and is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker.
When Zach is not in the office, you can find him on the golf course, where he enjoys challenging himself to one day become a scratch golfer. He also enjoys snowboarding, fishing, and traveling around the world.
Zach Nissim has helped structure hundreds of Bridge Loans, with a total of over $100 million in private money transactions completed and counting.
Previously Zach worked with other Bridge Loan firms, learning all facets of the residential and commercial bridge loan business from the ground up.
